1. What in the world is digital scrapbooking or digi-scrapping as you call it?
Digital scrapbooking is the new and improved scrapbooking way. I call it the 8th wonder of the world! basically it's the same as paper scrapbooking, you're still working with , photos, paper, and "stickers". The only real difference is with digital, you are completing your pages on the computer using software like Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. There is no mess and how cool is this? You can use your stuff over and over again! You'll be able to get more bang for you buck, and more things done with your time invested.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal is the only form of payment accepted. It is SO EASY to set up an account and it's free! (If you don't already have one, please visit www.paypal.com to create an account). After you check-out here at the shop, you will automatically be directed to PayPal's website to complete your payment. After your done there, you will be directed back to this website automatically where your downloads will be waiting for you! Pretty nifty eh?
3. Okay so I paid... now what do I do?
As soon as you complete payment, your downloads will instantly be ready for you. If for some reason you cannot find your download link(s) and/or need to return to download at a later time, simply log-in to your account here, click MY ACCOUNT towards the top of your screen and then VIEW your orders. Please remember downloads expire after 7 days and/or 3 download attempts. You're gonna want to make sure you collect your treasure before then! And pleeassseee make sure you back up your files! You don't want to lose all your wonderful digi-supplies.
4. What size & quality are your products created/saved at?
Everything here is created at a high-quality 300 dpi (dots-per-inch ). Papers are all 12x12 .jpg files. Elements & alphas that need a transparent or "clear" backgrounds are saved as .png files.
5. Can I share my purchases?
Ahh the million dollar question. It's awesome that you love my stuff enough that you want to share it with your mom, sister and girlfriend. However, purchased products are for your own personal use only. I would love it if you told your friends about my site and directed them here to get the fun products you love oh so much. Sharing chocolate...a must, sharing files...illegal.
6. When are new products added to the shop?
Well... that is a good question! Right now I'm uploading them as fast as we're making them. But very soon, we'll be on a tight ship schedule so you know exactly when to stop by our store and find all the new fabulous products.
7. What are your terms of use? Do you offer commercial usage of your products?
Please see my update TOU section, we are now scrap for hire, home-based craft friendly!
8. Do you offer a CD burning service?
Not at this time, but we ARE working on it! Please make sure you send me an email if this is something that is important to you! It helps make it a higher priority if I know someone is out there waiting for this service.
9. Can I submit layouts for publication using your products? What if I am published in a magazine using your designs?
Fabulous! That makes a girl's day you know? I encourage you to submit your layouts that were created with my products. And of course you need to credit the shop with: "Kit Name from tangiebaxterdesigns.com". It would be wonderful if you e-mailed me to let me know, perhaps a little sumpin' would be in order ;)!
10. Are you looking for any new Creative Team members?
I'm looking for a select few individuals who love my style and think they can really get into it! Please email me with a link to your gallery and a few things about yourself.
11. Something in one of your vintage packs is still copyrighted?! We do our VERY BEST to make sure the resources we use are available to us to use in this fashion, however it is impossible to track down every copyright that may have been renewed after 1923. If there is something on our site that is copyrighted by another artist/company unbeknownst to us, please let us know and we will remove it immediately.
Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/content/t/a/n/tangeladawn/html/shop/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file (read-only, CHMOD 644 or 444 are typical). You may need to use your webhost control panel/file-manager to change the permissions effectively. Contact your webhost for assistance.
